Emergencies

We have daily dental emergency appointments available, please call the practice at 8:30am to ensure you are seen on the same day. If you have a dental emergency outside of our opening hours, please call the practice and follow our instructions.

Wheelchair and Disability Access

Our practice is situated on the ground floor of an Edwardian mansion block. There are three steps leading into the building however, we do have a portable wheelchair ramp available to facilitate access. If you have any questions about disability access please get in touch with a member of our team who will be happy to help.

Parking

Metered car parking is available on the nearby streets alternatively Portman Square NCP car park is within a 10 minute walk. There are limited disabled bays available on Crawford Street.Please note that we are within the congestion zone.

Travel by tube

The closest underground station is Baker Street just a 6-minute walk away which is served by the following underground lines:

• Bakerloo
• Circle
• Hammersmith & City
• Jubilee
• Metropolitan

Travel by bus

We are within a 2-minute walk from all major bus routes passing through Baker Street. For more information please see Transport for London’s Bus Route Map or plan your journey using the map below.

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. We comply with the General Dental Council standards guidance and the Information Commissioner's Office to protect the confidentiality of patients’ information. For more details on this please contact the Practice Manager.

Cancellation Policy

We routinely send out reminders one week in advance your scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment we would require 2 days (48 hours) notice. In the event of a short notice cancellation or missed appointment a fee may incur.

Payment

We accept cash, cheque and all major credit and debit cards. Finance can be arranged through an independent company subject to their terms and conditions.
