Welcome Back!

We are so delighted to be in a position to welcome you back to the practice and whilst you will notice many changes, our commitment to exceptional care and your safety remains the same.

We have always maintained the highest possible standards of hygiene and patient safety – from excellent hand hygiene, surface protection, state-of-the-art sterilisation services and the use of personal protective equipment. This level of infection control and cross contamination is not new to us, we do this every day, for every patient and have done so for over 25 years – you have always been in safe hands.

As a team, we are constantly assessing ways to improve our service. During these unprecedented times, we have put extra steps in place to further protect you whilst you are in our care:

  • Contactless administration to enable a smooth patient journey with the use of Perspex screens.
  • Personal protective equipment (P.P.E.) worn by all members of the team in common areas of the practice.
  • Enhanced P.P.E. for clinical team members for certain treatments: fit-tested FFP3 masks, full-face visors, appropriate gowns and surgical hats. We have diligently sourced our Enhanced P.P.E. which can be professionally laundered (in line with HTM 01-04) to ensure we continue to fulfil our promise to remain kind to the environment.
  • Multiple surgeries for clinicians to work in, thus allowing adequate time for any potential aerosol to dissipate following an aerosol generating procedure (AGP).
  • Installation of air purifiers to capture airborne particles.
  • Enhanced cleaning schedules for the careful cleaning of common areas of the practice including door handles, light switches, floors and hard surfaces.
  • Mitigation against aerosols, such as high-volume suction and dental dam, are routinely used.

  • Prior to commencing with your treatment, we will again run through some brief screening questions.

After Your Appointment
